Guitarist and songwriter Jason Crigler, a teacher and mentor to me, helped inspire this album. Jason has recorded and toured with numerous bands and musicians, including John Cale, Linda Thompson, Ollabelle, Teddy Thompson and Marshall Crenshaw. Among others, he has performed with Suzanne Vega, Norah Jones and Rufus Wainwright.
